Data we collect
Only the information you submit through the contact form: name, email, and (if you provide them) company, project type, budget range, and your message. We do not buy or enrich data from third parties.
Why we use it
Solely to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to prepare a proposal. We never sell or rent your data.
Legal basis
Your consent and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and running our business (art. 6 GDPR).
Retention
Enquiry data is kept for up to 3 years from our last contact, then deleted. Data tied to a signed engagement is kept for the legal accounting period.
Hosting & transfers
The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. (USA). Where data is processed outside the EU, it is covered by appropriate safeguards (EU Standard Contractual Clauses / DPF).
Your rights
You may access, correct, delete, or port your data, and object to or restrict its processing. Contact us at matheo@opsalia.fr to exercise these rights. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
